"Teaching Beyond Borders: My Journey as a SEA Teacher in Indonesia" is a reflection of my transformative experience as a student-teacher in a foreign land. As part of the SEA Teacher program, I had the opportunity to teach English in Banjarmasin, Indonesia, where I immersed myself in a new culture and educational system. The experience pushed me beyond my comfort zone, allowing me to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom dynamics. Engaging with Indonesian students and fellow educators broadened my perspective on language learning and cultural exchange. Despite the challenges of adjusting to a different environment, I found joy in sharing knowledge and building meaningful connections. This blog serves as a documentation of my journey, highlighting the lessons, struggles, and triumphs of teaching beyond borders.
